Verve Ssangyong

SsangYong, which means "twin dragons", was founded in 1954 to manufacture Jeeps for the US Army. The company is currently the fourth largest South Korean motor manufacturer and is renowned for its technical excellence at an exceptional value for money price. In 1991 the company entered into a working partnership with Daimler-Benz and much of the technology in the current range is derived from Daimler-Benz. The SsangYong range is hugely popular and each of the three models pack a considerable punch for its retail price.

The SsangYong Rexton is a mid-size sport utility vehicle ( SUV ) offering a quiet and smooth on-road experience and additionally offers a very capable off-road experience too. The car handles particularly well and is sold world wide. The Rexton comes with four-wheel drive and has three engine options, including a diesel version and is packed with desirable features.

The SsangYong Kyron is a compact SUV weighing-in at almost two tons and is large for its class. The Kyron specification includes a diesel engine and is one of the few cars in its class that could actually be taken off-roading.

The SsangYong Rodius is a large MPV, available as either a seven-seater or a nine-seater. The car also comes with either a Mercedes-Benz licensed 3.2 litre 6-cylinder petrol engine or a 2.7 litre 5-cylinder diesel option.
